El Prado – The Heart of Sendero
It’s the place to work out, lounge poolside, barbecue with the family, catch a concert, chill with friends, or maybe just read that novel you’ve been hoping to get to as you sip wine in a comfy chair under the veranda.
Welcome to El Prado, the heart of scenic South Orange County’s newest Village of Sendero on the new ranch community of Rancho Mission Viejo.
El Prado offers an incredible range of recreational amenities that Rancho Mission Viejo is proud to introduce at the Village of Sendero. As you explore 11 different Sendero Neighborhoods and new model homes, we hope you’re also able to find time exploring the village core, including El Prado’s paseos, clubhouses, outdoor amenities and more.
The Guest House
The Guest House is a gorgeous, ranch-style welcome center for homebuyers and guests to be introduced to Rancho Mission Viejo and its villages. As the Village of Sendero continues to welcome new homebuyers, the Guest House will also be transformed into a community hall that opens onto a large plaza and village green with access to both the all-ages Ranch House and 55+ exclusive Hacienda clubhouses.
The Ranch House
At the Ranch House, Sendero residents can take advantage of a great room, meeting room, fitness center, as well as a swimming pool, children’s water play park, spa, grilling/alfresco dining area and secluded outdoor fireplace.
The Hacienda
As the recreational social hub of Gavilán, the Hacienda clubhouse will offer 55+ residents exclusive access to a covered terrace, fitness center, well-stocked bar in a large lounge, versatile studio to accommodate activities such as drawing, yoga, Pilates and dance classes, and meeting room.
Sendero’s Additional Amenities
The exciting social and recreational opportunities don’t end with El Prado. The eastern end of Sendero features The Outpost, complete with an outdoor bar adjacent to a pool, spa, two fire pits, bocce court, outdoor dining/grilling space and even a hammock garden.
Other amenities planned for Sendero include a 15-acre community park, the vegetable and fruit gardens of Sendero Farm, neighborhood parks, athletic fields, as well as local and regional hiking/biking trails that lead to the protected lands of The Reserve, county parks and wilderness areas.
