We take great comfort and pride in the men and women who protect and serve our communities. These individuals, including doctors, nurses, police officers, fire fighters, grocery workers and members of the armed forces, put the safety of others above themselves. Many of you are already next door neighbors, friends and members of our community.

As a special "thank you" to these valiant individuals, the Esencia Neighborhood Builders are offering incentives of up to $2,500* to assist qualifying heroes with the purchase of a new Esencia home. And, as an added bonus, Rancho Mission Viejo will contribute $2,500* toward each qualifying hero's community assessments following the close of escrow.
